Since founding Gaia Human Capital Consultants in 2006, Dawn has become a highly regarded executive search

leader in the Renewable Energy and Cleantech industries  She leverages her twenty-plus years of senior-levelexecutive search, team-building and organizational experience to serve retained clients by securing world-class, executive and senior-level talent to each engagement. 

Dawn presently serves as Chair of the Human Capital National Executive Council for The Cleantech Open, a leader in fostering clean technology entrepreneurs dedicated to addressing through innovation and creativity, energy, environmental, and economic challenges.

Immediately prior to founding Gaia Human Capital Consultants, Dawn Co-founded and served as President of H3 Capital LLC an innovative Socially Responsible Investment Management (SRI) firm that selected and managed investments that integrated personal, sustainable values and environmental concerns with investment decisions.

Earlier, Dawn built a retainer executive search firm, completing C-level and professional search assignments serving clients in the global financial services industry, extensively representing clients within the investment management and mutual fund industries.

Dawn's Cleantech career began when she served for several years as Managing Director of Corporate Development for a U.S. manufacturer of environmental and medical waste management technology solutions.

Dawn began her career at Smith Barney, structuring principal transactions and in Smith Barney’s Commodities Futures Group, evaluating the investment and credit risk for the firm’s Corporate and High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) clients. 

A native New Yorker, Dawn earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from St. John's University in New York City.
