Dawn founded and leads Gaia Human Capital Consultants, dedicated to strengthening talent in the Renewable Energy, Clean Tech,
Environmental and Corporate Sustainability markets. Partnering with clients of publicly & privately owned mission driven firms and not-for-profit
organizations, she brings twenty years of recruitment experience and approximately ten years of environmental & corporate sustainability
experience.

After several years in the financial services' field, Dawn wanted to better align her interests with her professional career. Seeking a more
meaningful career, the timing was right to combine her two passions - sustainability & recruitment. Passionately committed to issues of
environmental sustainability, corporate and social values, Dawn believes that renewable energy and efficiency and corporate sustainability are the
greatest economic opportunities of the 21st century and will play significant roles in environmental preservation and in maintaining geopolitical
harmony.

Dawn's professional environmental and Clean Technology interest began in 1992. She served for several years as Director of Corporate
Development for a premier clean-technologically advanced manufacturer of environmental and medical waste management technology. Dawn built
and managed the firm's entire product and employment brand management strategy and positioned the firm for new business
growth opportunities. The firm continues to be the dominant provider of environmental solutions for the medical industry.

Dawn co-founded an innovative Socially Responsible Investment Management (SRI) firm, which carefully screens, selects and manages
investments based on issues of sustainability, corporate and social responsibility. Among the firm's offerings, which integrates personal, societal
values and environmental concerns with individual investment decisions, is an actively managed alternative/renewable energy fund.

She built and managed for over fifteen years, the retainer executive search firm Dzurilla International Co., where she successfully completed
scores of C-level and professional search assignments serving clients in the financial services industry. With one of her clients, for eight years,
Dawn partnered with the Founder/CEO and ownership of a then start-up mutual fund organization and having initiated and built their employment
brand, she recruited several C-level executives and professionals to their organization. This organization grew from 7 to become 100 plus
employees, managing over $23 Billion of assets under management and has become a preeminent leader in the investment industry and
Exchange Traded Funds.

Dawn is also a Contributing Columnist for www.RenewableEnergyWorld.com, the most widely read publication in the renewable energy industry.
She is the author of several strategic human capital and business articles, addressing topical issues facing the green tech and renewable energy
industry.

Earlier, Dawn enjoyed an accomplished career, where she served as an executive search consultant with New York based retainer executive
search firms.

A native New Yorker, Dawn was employed at Smith Barney, Harris Upham as a Strategic Planning Analyst, providing financial & business
analysis for structured principal transactions. Her career began in Smith Barney's Commodities Futures Group as a Financial Analyst evaluating
investment and credit risk for the firm's clients.

Dawn earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from St. John's University in New York City. She is a resident of Naples,
FL and New York City. Dawn is active in a variety of community, charitable and professional affiliations and is involved in various environmental
advocacies.
